Q: What is a Mortgage Moose Affiliate?

A: An affiliate to Mortgage Moose is a partner that owns a related website who sends traffic to the Moose via affiliate links and/or graphics (or hosts one of our standard mortgage lead generation forms on their page). An affiliate is then paid a commission for each valid lead that they help Mortgage Moose generate.

Q: How much do I get paid per generated lead?

A: "The Moose" is currently in negotiations with various buyers, and thus we will not announce the commission amount until we officially launch in the Spring of '06. The commission will be paid on a per lead basis, and our goal is to have one of the highest per lead commissions and EPCs in the industry.

Q: How often will I get paid?

A: Details will not be finalized until our launch in Spring of '06; however, you can expect a monthly payout with an earnings threshold of at least $100.

Q: Why choose the Moose over other programs?

A: Mortgage Moose is one of the highest paying mortgage affiliate programs online. In addition, 'The Moose' allows affiliates to host our lead form on their own page which allows for increased conversion rates for affiliates (as visitors now have fewer clicks to get to a form) and also allows for affiliates to use PPC (pay per click) advertising programs such as Google's AdWords and Yahoo!'s advertising network directly to their form. These programs do not allow direct advertising to pages with affiliate links, but they do allow PPC to hosted forms. This translates to more effective advertising opportunities for Moose affiliates.

Q: What is considered a valid lead?

A: Again, details will not be finalized until our launch in Spring of '06, but we plan to have a limited return policy. Leads must have full contact information, be US based addresses, and have no bogus info (ie. Name: 'Donald Duck', etc.). Validity will be determined by complete information and contactability. Returned leads will be reversed within 7 days of generation.

Q: What is form-host technology?

A: Mortgage Moose's form-host technology allows affiliates to host our mortgage loan quote form on their own page. This allows for increased partner conversion rates, as there are fewer click-throughs for visitors to complete the form. Affiliates have to be individually approved to utilize this option.
